In short: Personal Call CRM keeps everything on your phone. It has no internet permission, no account, no ads and no analytics. We (hopique) never receive your calls, contacts or notes.
Who we are
Personal Call CRM is an Android app made by hopique (Ankit Goyal). Contact: ankit@hopique.com.
What the app accesses, and why

Phone state (READ_PHONE_STATE) | Notices when a call rings or ends, so the caller card can appear and the call log can be synced. The app does not read your IMEI, SIM serial or your own phone number. |
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS), optional | Shows the contact's name next to a number and lets you search contacts when making a call. Names are read only for this. |
Make calls (CALL_PHONE) | Lets one tap on Call place the call directly. If you deny it, the app opens the dialer instead. |

You can decline or withdraw any permission in Android settings. The app tells you what it loses without it.
Where your data lives
- Calls, contacts details, tasks, notes and tags are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage.
- The app has no internet permission. It cannot send data to us or to anyone else.
- We do not sell, share or rent data. There are no ads, no trackers and no analytics or advertising SDKs.
Backups and exports
- Android Auto Backup may save the app's database and settings to your own Google account. Android manages this, and it is governed by your Google settings, not by us.
- If you use the app's export, it writes a file to a location you choose, such as your Google Drive. We never receive it.
Crash reports
If the app crashes, it saves the last crash only (time, app version, phone model, Android version and a technical trace) to a private file on your device. It leaves your phone only if you tap Share report and pick where to send it. Nothing is sent automatically.
WhatsApp and other apps
Some buttons open WhatsApp or your dialer with a prefilled number or message. That hand-off happens on your phone, and what you do next is covered by that app's own policy. Personal Call CRM itself sends nothing.
Deleting your data
All data is on your device, so you control it. Clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app, and everything is deleted. If you used Google backup or an export file, delete those separately from your Google account or wherever you saved the file.
Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will change and the new version will be published on this page.
