Terms of Service
Personal Call CRM · Last updated 6 October 2026
1. Agreement
By installing or using Personal Call CRM (the "app"), made by hopique (Ankit Goyal), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app does
The app helps you manage follow-ups from your phone calls. It works on your device and stores its data there. See the Privacy Policy for details.
3. Your responsibilities
- You use the app lawfully, including any laws about contacting people and about handling other people's phone numbers and personal data.
- You are responsible for the data in the app and for keeping your own backups.
- You do not try to copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, except where the law allows.
4. Permissions
The app asks for Android permissions (such as call log and contacts) only to provide its features. You can decline or revoke them at any time in Android settings, although some features then stop working.
5. Reminders and notifications
Reminders, caller cards and notifications depend on your phone's settings, battery optimisation and the Android version. We cannot guarantee that every reminder will show on time. Do not rely on the app alone for critical or time-sensitive matters.
6. Ownership
The app and its design belong to hopique. Your data stays yours. We make no claim to it, and we do not receive it.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, hopique is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, missed calls, missed reminders or lost business arising from using the app.
9. Changes and ending
We may update the app or these terms. The date above will change when we do. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajasthan, India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under local consumer law.
